I believe more and more Haitians from New York, Boston and Montreal will  be
moving to Florida over the years to come, perhaps for no other reason  than
the weather. This will create a more powerful political class which will
eventually lead to naming of judges and therefore fairer judgements in cases
dealing with Haitian immigration. As it stands right now, discrimination based
on
<National Origin> is extremely popular in judicial circles. The  discriminatory

practices are so obvious in Port-au-Prince that it's not uncommon  for
Haitians to buy products that lighten their skin color before applying for
visas.
