my question still stands:------how will Preval or someone else come up with the 
massive amount of finance needed to accomplish anything of real value in/for 
Haiti?

i began going/living in Haiti in l981 and have kept up with the country since 
then.  regardless of how well the elections were held, i am still heavily 
burdened in terms of how any new President can accomplish very much..........
