I have yet to speak to an American official, whether it be the State
Department, Congress or Pentagon, who shows negative concern about a Preval
presidency. Publicly the American government has said that they could support
all the
front runners. Perhaps Loney has a political agenda or is trying to  create a
political soap opera.
