Up to this morning the site also had results for each _commune_
within a department. But now there's always an error when clicking
on the _commune_.

At the _commune_ level, the results are actually quite interesting.
While PrÃval was always at worst a strong second or third, the
results do show some expected regional biases. And that's also a
good indicator that these elections were probably not manipulated
like so many others.

I hope to get my hands on the final tallies. There are many lessons
to be learned.
