For being an international friendly match Sunday between Viborg of Denmark
and the Haitian national team, there sure was a lot of turmoil, controversy
and passion.

It came down to back-to-back miscues from Haitian goalkeeper Ronel St.
Loreis in the final seconds of the contest and Viborg's Jose Rodriguez
Mota's second goal of the game in the 90th minute, for Viborg to edge Haiti
4-3 in front of 2,000 fans at Lockhart Stadium.

With the score tied at 3 with just seconds left, St. Loreis attempt to kick
a free ball away, hit off the side of his foot and traveled out of bounds
just several yards away from Haiti's goal.

Viborg's David Rasmussen promptly inbounded the ball to Mota, who kicked it
past St. Loreis on the right side of the goal for the win. Mota, who entered
the match in the 57th minute, also scored the tying goal of the contest at
the 84th minute mark.

However, the second half was marred with four yellow cards, one red card
