About the film:

An engrossing examination of the U.S.-backed 2004 coup
d'etat in Haiti, this film includes an in-depth
interview with ousted
 president Jean-Bertrand Aristide (now exiled in South
Africa), and carefully
lays out the Bush Administration's campaign of
destabilization of the democratically-
elected Aristide government. The film is particularly
relevant in light of the lack
of historical context in coverage of the recent
Haitian election.
Speakers from the Haiti Action Committee will be
present at evening screenings.
