You go, Kawolina.
And what's with the hands-off policy of the Haitian government?  Haitian
version of private enterprise?  Pa fot Haitienne? Those poor (and named!)
guys get a pass because they operate from a slum in "the poorest country in
the Western Hemisphere"?
In  every other country, one calls the police, one gets tracked down, put in
jail, called before a judge, sentenced, etc.  Penalties for kidnapping are
harsh.
Why not release Yvon Neptune and other political and put three kidnappers in
their place? How dare Haiti and self-appointed spokespersons for Haiti
criticize others and demand help and excuses while it lets kidnappings be
covered up with denial and derision?
