And while we're at it, WHAT THE HELL are the UN and Ministuh personnel doing
clogging up the roads and cybercafes and beaches while the kidnappings go
unpunished?  If it's not part of their mandate to restore civility and
punish criminals, WHAT IS?  How can their "mission" be funded when it is
clear that Haiti has deteriorated MORE since their influx?
