When I said they were not in Haiti I was addressing
the specific time of the presidential campaign. You
raised the point that it was dangerous for them to
revisit the accusations against Toussaint during the
campaign because of their safety. As far as I know
Montas was in NY during that period and Menard was in
France. I would love to stand corrected.

As for Labanye and NCHR, we are just going to have to
agree to disagree about the reliability of those
sources.

I might also suggest that a dialogue would be better
served by a less didactic and accusatory tone in
making your points. It's  not that I am thin skinned
but don't have much time and that approach tends to
warrant less of my attention.
