Isn't it just for the Haitian government to fulfill it's obligations
and promises? Isn't it fair for the Haitian government to pay it's
debts? What concept of fairness and justice can you possibly have that
does not involve fulfilling your obligations?

A fair government pays it's debts. Just people recognize that charity
is charity and neither a repayment nor an obligation.
