I second Raber and add that the U.S. military look for troops among the
Haitians.
I knew musicians (Haitian citizens living in U.S.)  who served in Viet nam.
The energy of teenage and young 20s men has for centuries been
"constructively" redirected for war.  These gang members would make great
soldiers, maybe turn their lives around.  Couldn't get worse!!!  Kathleen
