It's always interesting to me how Komisar's legal
"gobblety gook" always appears just as there is any
real headway towards understanding the scope of human
rights abuses after Feb. 2004. It's not the first time
and given her close relationship to Carney and the
Haiti Democracy Project crowd, I'm sure it won't be
the last. In reading her you have to try not to
suffocate on all the smoke she generates while trying
to convince us there is a real fire.
