I am going to be in Haiti, mostly in the PAP area, for a couple of months next 
year. I want to make sure I have good communications, so I want to bring an 
unlocked quad band GSM cell phone and get a SIM card from a local service 
provider. Is Digicel the only GSM provider? Can anyone give me advice about 
them or any other provider.?
