GSM quad-band phone is OK. It will be supported by Comcel 850MHz and/or
1800MHz Digicel.

BUT,...be advised that you are not in the States where FCC means something.
You will be able to talk whenever it is possible. And when it is , you will
have  to spend until 15 seconds to get connection after ciphering or up to 30
seconds  to get the call rejected. So Be patient and try to get through with
smile. Just  to avoid infarction.

One more thing : Please enable the "call drop tone" on your phone.  This will
let you know if you are talking to God or to a mortal one.

Consolation !  With Comcel, if you are like me a "governor of the  night",
you will enjoy free talk from midnight to 6:00am. Ha ! Ha! , no pain  without a
little relief,...pas vrai mec?
