Thanks to Colonel Boswel for this valuable information.
Michelle never claimed once that Arsitide was guilty.
That they were people in his gvt who did obstruction of justice or protected 
Toussaint maybe but to claim like RV/Simidor do that he is responsible for his 
death or made him kill is irresponsible.
Maybe some folks watched the agronomist too much.
