A great friend of Haiti and Fonkoze passed away after a long illness yesterday 
(Nov. 13).

There was a small family service today and a memorial service will be planned 
in a couple months.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Fonkoze or the 
Ethical Culture Society of Brooklyn.
The family is observing Shiva (Jewish mourning)  for the next five days.  Cards 
and expressions of sympathy may be sent to:

Charley will be missed by us all. What an incredible spirit.
