When Stuart Leiderman writes that the Associated Press "segregates  that part 
of the capital city" in reference to Cité Soleil, he betrays his lack of 
knowledge of the capital's urban geography. Cité Soleil is in fact segregated 
from the rest of Port-au-Prince by a major motorway.
