There is none in Port-a-Piment!!!!  Port Salut is pretty clean too, but 
PaPiment is remarkable.  As the saying goes, one could eat off the streets. 
Manicured little park, freshly painted houses in 2001.
So, it can't be said that NO Haitians value clean streets.  Maybe we should 
draft the people who run PaP to come up with a plan for the rest of Haiti.
