The Service de Geodesie et Cartographie (or similar name) sells paper
topographic maps and the Unite de Teledetection et de Systemes d'Information
Geographique (UTSIG) sells digital map data for Haiti.

The Geodosy and Cartography office used to be across from the main cathedral
in Port-au-Prince, but they're in the process of relocating.  UTSIG is
located at 11, rue du Marron Inconnu, Port-au-Prince.
