Alas, I can't help you DIRECTLY. Perhaps indirectly. I don't know the
people you need to make contact with. However, I run the major daily
e-mail list which discusses things relating to Haiti. This list goes to
several thousand people and most of them are quite informed about every
area of Haiti list (that is, among the whole, with each having this or
that specialty).
Were you to write a note that you wouldn't mind being posted to this list,
-- you may write it as you wish -- then I would post it to the list. I
post various inquiries all the time and people almost always get useful
replies.
If so, just send the note to me at the webster.edu address and I'll get it
posted.
