There was a ferry boat that sank to or from Jeremie in late April. Did anyone 
see any articles about that or have any information?
Why does that happen so frequently and why is nothing done? I imagine there's 
no one in Jeremie who doesn't know someone who has died in one of those 
tragedies.
Is it just a regulation issue?
