30817: Spinelli (reply) Re: 30805: (news) Chamberlain: Haiti-UN-Lynchings (fwd)

From: MASpinelli@aol.com

Greg Chamberlain's posting on the Lynchings in Haiti brought home what I
have been preaching for the past three years.

Haiti must prioritize!!

Safety and Security are the number one items that all governments must
FIRST provide their people. All Historians agree on this.

Safety and Security are the "sine qua non" of any society.

The fact remains that the police are thinly spread, few in number per 1000
of population and as quoted from the article posted:

"You have cases of gang leaders being released after paying judges,"
Mulet said. "The population knows, so they're fed up ... and they take
justice into their hands."
Lynchings have become increasingly common throughout the Haitian
countryside, where police presence is thin and courts barely operate.

Haiti is at the bottom of the sad economic pit, the poorest nation in the
whole Western Hemisphere and there are those like, Nero, who fiddle while
Rome burns.

I will not give up my quest to get my plan implemented which is now being
translated to French, in France!!

My plan can be viewed at _www.mikespinelli.com_ (http://www.mikespinelli.com)
by just clicking the upper right hand corner of the page... over and over
and pages will flip for you.

Save Haiti Now.
