Last month , in a moment of enthusiasm , I decided to make some purchases for 
the office .

One new secretarial chair One outside table plus six chairs and one new 
Television set ,

four weeks later :
The TV doesn't work, the secretarial chair's leg snapped
plus two of the seats of the chairs have broken.

This leads me to a story in Algeria during a period I worked there , when a 
friend ordered some chairs from a carpenter, and on the first day , two were 
already broken .He took them back to the workshop, and the  carpenter said "
Oh, you want to sit on them, you should have told me, when you placed the 
order"

In reality , it's not quite the same story, but I'm fed up with local 
businesses who buy sub standard goods to re-sell in Haiti.
