I was at a little pizza place where they said they had good water. It wasn't 
until I used their ice and found out later that it was "filtered" water. I 
think a lot of places say their "filtered" water is good water and the 
filters are bad. Also be careful in the shower (I've never had the luxury of 
a real shower in Haiti, but in SE Asia we had a storage tank of water on the 
roof and the water came from who knows where).
