Like Clayton Stockdale, I too hope I have misunderstood the criteria that
"foreign electoral observers" are supposedly favoring! The paragraph he cited
sounded like 1984-speak... now the poor are "manipulating the electoral
process," and depriving them of the vote in favor of efficiency is
"democratic"??? Huh? The same old elites will still be more equal than
others, I guess.
