#4554: Re: #4545: SENATE RESOLUTION OF THE U.S. : Lafortune comments

From: joseph lafortune <ctec4234@yahoo.com>

 Very touchy, touchy enough for the claivoyant
individual to understand the limitations and the
boundaries of the American Senate.It is customary that
Haitian have been living within that false
expectation:
"ca blan di" what does the white man say. They are
making one mistake,there wouldn't or shouldn't one
more invasion by the US.

For the last thirty/thirty five years, we have
assisted to the psycho social rupture of the haitian
whose drugs, predators, dysfunction or rupture of the
haitian family,Family values and on......
Will due respect;
HAITI IS IS NEED OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
ALTERNATIVES
Rehabilitation of the haitian mentality
The Diaspora, its historical role in the democratic
process
Recognition of the protestant sector as part of the
civil society
New political Platform
Health=Education+Employment,
By lack of methodology and organization, there is a
loss of responsibility, no directives, the ideal to be
citizen is lost, no direct participation of the
population in the State Affairs. The concept :
            "concern citizen" is lost
