From: Jean-Claude Gerlus <gerlus@hotmail.com> Haitians stopped migrating to Cuba in the late 1940's-early 1950's shortly before the Cuban Revolution. During the last 3 decades,Haitians who reached Cuba's shores were en route to Miami and most of them were sent back to Haiti.
