We are going to hear news of some serious protests in Haiti, I think... Even 
in the glow of Aristide's return in 1994, when the tap-tap fare was raised, 
many people simply refused to pay it... they got in, did their ride, argued 
with the driver (or not) and paid what they felt they ought to pay. I watched 
it all. They didn't care WHO was running the country, they were not going to 
pay more for transport than they were already paying.
