This is purely from someone from Haiti who recently came here on vacation, 
and has to resort to cell phone use. I was told that Teleco's services have 
gotten worse, the poles and phone cable are being sabotaged so that 
Aristide's wife business (Cell phone service) can blossom w/o competition. 
'seems like the cell phone business has taken off awesomely. And if one 
really needs such service whether for business or personal, cellular is the 
way to go or bare the consequences.
