Dear Michael,

As probably 40-50 other people will respond, the point is that 5 months ago 
it was was May and there were thousands of children going to school in 
uniform all over the country. Then there was summer vacation and school was 
out. Then the price of gasoline went up and the country kept getting poorer. 
Now poor people are even poorer and cannot afford to clothe their children in 
uniforms or buy books for them or PAY THE INCREASED TAP-TAP FARES.  Get it?
