I have been trying to reach a number in Cap Haitien for four weeks--a
number which normally is answered around their dinnertime. I even tried
to reach the Mont Joli, hoping Walkie Busenius could deliver a message to
the person I need to speak to.  The same: rings, rings, but shuts off
after 10 or 12 rings.  Are the phones "down"?  Has anyone else had this
problem?  Is Teleco out of commission?  Thanks for your response.
