Take one small country, inflict a malnutrition rate of 61%, and locate near 
the geographical borders of the United States.
 
Add - one legislative election in said country, challenged by the United 
States.
 
Fold in - one left-wing President elected for the second time by a landslide 
majority, unpopular to the United States.
 
Season discreetly with - prominent right-wing politicians and businessmen 
including Senator Jesse Helms, deeply unwilling to see their names published 
in incriminating documents relating to the 1991 coup and greedy for profits.
 
Top with - one Republican President-elect soon to take office in the United 
States.
 
Roast over - former FRAPH and FAd'H members, armed and habituated to killing, 
torture, rape and mayhem.
 
Garnish with - a "parallel government" of patripoches waiting in the wings.
 
Shake well and STAND BACK!
