I've seen it written in Creole as "Potoprens."  Written Creole is generally 
phoenetic and this is how most people say it.  I usually hear French speaking 
Haitians pronounce the "t" in "Port" although this may be the from the common 
practice of mixing French and Creole in every day speech (the "melange") 
rather than the letter-perfect French one might use in formal settings.
