7904: too much rain (fwd)

Very Heavy rain fell on the PAP area last night and again around 4:00 this 
morning.  At five am, it seems to be over.  Rooster and doves are active and 
there is light coming through the clouds.  Before this storm the people of 
Cite Soleil were already reporting damage from previous storms.  Haitian 
newspeople are not up yet but I am sure that major roads will be covered with 
soil stones and trash from higher levels and that there will be some damage 
to homes.  Lavalas ap pote ale.
