Avril has not been kidnapped from his home in the middle of the night, 
dragged out as armed men raped his wife and beat his children, tortured, 
sexually abused and murdered as were pro-democracy activist during his 
regime.  He has merely been arrested.  No one is suggesting that his 
mutilated body should turn up in Titanyen along with the remains of his 
victims!
