Dr. Paul Farmer has send in these corrections to the article ECONOMIC 
ASPHYXIATION article:

TB is broken down into two categories:
1. infection with TB
2. disease from TB

Probably in many areas in Haiti the infected rate may be as high as 50% of 
the adults. 

the rate of disease  (incidence of all forms of TB) is probably 360/100,000 
population (the highest in the hemisphere)
