With the re-opening of the Haitian Supremme Court there was a lot of noise 
about FRAPH and FADH. If I remember correctly those regimes were so bad
that 
there was an international invasion which brought the current President
back 
to power. What interests me more than FRAPH or FADH are the crimes that
have 
been committed since this political party came back to power, for example, 
Jean Dominigue or the kinapping that led to the Prime Ministers new 
residence.. These crimes are more relevant to the day to day Haitian 
situation because the powers that be seem to be implicated. Talking about 
FRAPH and FADH at this juncture is strictly show business.
