9175: Leadership v. Dictatorship

Strong leadership with a vision would be much better than any kind of 
dictatorship. Dictatorship implies the power has been illegally usurped
and 
therefore legitimacy always remains in question. Strong leadership can
turn a 
country around in just a couple of years. The vision must incorporate, 
simultaneously: security, economics, education (schooling and vocational)
and 
health, followed closely by justice. Infrastructure would come under 
economics. My concerns on schooling are how to maintain cultural identity
if 
texbooks are from the West.
