I'm interested in some issues: a/ Civil society-state relations in Haiti
(- good examples or possible examples of peoples participation in social
policy making?), b/ relation political sector-public administration, c/
donor relations, d/ social policy-poverty reduction strategies. If any
one knows where I could find good and updated analyses in these areas,
or if anyone have good texts and figures I would be most interested to
