Port-au-Prince airport.  Perfect for groups making occasional
trips to Haiti with operations in the provinces.  This space
shared with other Corbetter interested in development issues

2.   Central air-conditioning.
3.   Good electricity (ie. generator on site).
4.   Water.
5.   Telephones with receptionist and a good international
lines.
6.   Fast internet service.
7.   Shared kitchen.
8.   Large conference room for occasional use.
9    Good weekly mail service through Miami.
10   24 hour security.
11   Within walking distance of excellent hotel.
