become the Head of the government. It has appeared
that Mr. Aristide had wanted to get rid of Mr. Neptune
who has a desire to run for the next presidential
election which can make it difficult for his wife to
get elected. if Mr. Neptune had renounced his haitian
citizenship, one can check his former employer, INS.
country he had visited, the last time he had renew his
Haitian passport.
