If you are looking for good transport in Cap Haitian then contact Metro Taxi
and specifically the owner - Gerson Mathieu on either  262-4672 or 431-1250.
I use him all the time for my tourists and mission groups and they all love
him. He speaks excellent English. He picks up from the DR border, does the
Citadelle run - takes you up to 2nd parking, and waits and returns with you
either to the airport or to your hotel.
