Dear Corbeteers,
I am changing the conversation momentarily. A while back, there were some 
interventions on Islamic religion in Haiti. Someone said there is a mosque in 
Cap Haitian. I heard there is one in Port-au-Prince. I was told that Islam 
started by Haitians who lived in Europe.
Can any way shed any light on this phenomenon? I have met young Muslim 
Haitian men and women in their early 20's . I don't know about older Haitian 
Muslims. Are there any books, web sites, where I can read more on Haitian 
Islam?
