a215: Toussaint's body (fwd)

From: Lois E Wilcken <makandal-ny@juno.com>

A friend recently asked me if the French "at least had the courtesy" to
return Toussaint Louverture's body to Haiti after his death. The notion
of Napoleon's racist regime showing the gilded Africans that kind of
"courtesy" is pretty strange, but, well--what did happen to Toussaint's
body?
