I didn't under the person's remark about the fees are nothing to worry about when getting money on your card.

Sogebank charged me a $26 fee, without advance notice, for withdrawing on my card.  They have a $400 limit

Unibank didn't charge any fee but they have a $200 limit

I think that person meant to say fees are another thing to worry about!
