Given the current level of corruption in Haiti, this new development sadly
means that Haiti's UN vote is now for sale.  Yes, Haiti is up for sale,
retail and wholesale.  How much money can the Lavalas affairists get for it,
and to how many countries/interests can they sell it at once?  Let's watch
and see.
