#147: Significant additions to my "books for sale" list

I just loaded up a new version of my books on Haiti for sale.

It contains more than a dozen added titles (and some disappeared 
titles to.  There is one positively RARE book among them, and
several scarce ones.  The additions include all areas, but
lots new in the Haiti art area.
