Haiti report soon

Bridgetown, Barbados, CANA - The Caribbean Community should receive 
a report in two weeks on last week's [CARICOM] goodwill mission to Haiti. 
Haiti plans local government elections for November. But St Vincent and the 
Grenadines Prime Minister Sir James Mitchell, who led the mission, said 
that a formidable challenge was being faced in compilation of a new 
electoral register involving some four million potential voters.
