I don't know if they are nation-wide, but Frank's Nursury and crafts is
a pretty big chain of stores in the mid-west.  Below is a note from my
mother who has been to visit us here in Haiti a few times and recognized
the work at one of their stores.

"I was in Franks Nursery & Crafts and saw a display of painted metal
ware from Haiti.  It was distributed from Michigan.  Each piece had a
tag telling how it was made by artisans and was going to be a lost art
in the future.  There was a great variety, including circle pieces like
I bought for our patio.  Interesting."
