Having just returned from presenting papers on Haitian Creole at two language

As you visit these pages, you'll realize that the MIT2 Web Site is sporting a 
new look!

I've been paying attention to the suggestions of our visitors and I've 
finally incorporated some of those ideas into the current format.  Easier on 
the eyes, regardless of lighting.  Dark text on light background makes for 
better print-outs.  It wasn't that I was unaware of presentation deficiencies 
of the Web Site; I just did not have the time to do the renovation in 
addition to my other tasks.  But, this weekend upon my return from Greece, I 
put everything else aside (even unpacking my suitcases!) and have reformatted 
the 45 or more pages of HTML and, voila!
